This information is also available through PestNetOnline, our online reporting tool. This highlights any risks, outstanding recommendations and a full service history for the site. This is particularly useful for tracking risks and service delivery across a network of stores.
With a national service agreement, you will have a single point of contact and an account manager to coordinate the service delivery you expect across the entire network.
However, each individual store can also contact their local Rentokil team to meet any immediate needs.
